NSPR 4.7.4 Binary Release

We have ported our applications from UNIX to Windows using SUA (Interix). 
In this case, I need to bind an application with NSS and NSPR.  The 
documentation indicates that NSS is built on top of NSPR.  I am unfamiliar 
with these libraries, that said, is there a binary release for these 
libraries such that I do not need to build them myself?



I originally, attempted to build these libraries on our system without 
success.  Specifically, the configure process for NSPR failed - I suppose 
that maybe I installed the source incorrectly.  Has anyone built NSS and 
NSPR on Interix?



Any help would be appreciated.
