NSPR 4.8.2 binaries

Hi,
   I am trying to use nss 3.12.4 libraries. It has a dependency on
nspr 4.8 libraries. I was able to find nss 3.14.4 binary files. Could
any one help me in finding the nspr 4.8 or later binaries?
