If you can file an NSPR bug report at
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=NSPR
and submit a patch to port prstreams to the current STL,
I'll be happy to review it and check it in.

Before your messages, I didn't know people are still using
prstreams.  I haven't built it for at least 5 years, even though
we still updated its makefiles whenever we changed our build
system.
