NSPR + jemalloc build

Hello,

I was wondering if it's currently possible to build NSPR with
jemalloc? As far as I found, this bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=427107
is still open. I just wanted to make sure if it's really available or
not.
The goal is to build NSS and make NSPR to use jemalloc like it's done
in Seamonkey or Firefox.
