AFAIK, javaxpcom from xulrunner in the 1.9x branch does not work
on win32 due dll linking issues:

Here is a recent build of the working 1.8x version:
http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/xulrunner/releases/1.8.1.3/contrib/
