Re: New Thunderbird build

If somebody needs lightning with more than american language support it 
can be downloaded from here: <http://mozilla.akohl.net/thunderb_en.html> 
(or for german-speaking <http://mozilla.akohl.net/thunderb.html>).

The only changes I made were:
* adding calendar-*.jar, lightning-*.jar to chrome for other language(s)
* removing chrome/skin/windows and chrome/skin/osx
* removing 0 byte file from components and reducing *.dll footprint with 
lxlite
* updating chrome.manifest

I'm not sure whats really used from chrome/skin/... but quite sure 
nothing from windows or osx subdirectories. Only a hint for people using 
Tb profiles in a cross-platform scenario (anybody?).

I also found an older 3.3.8 xpi which includes same file size of *.dll 
but with time stamp 15-07-24. I did not test but guessing same behaviour.

That's the way I'm already using, but it's annoying to do it for every 
icon area.

There's nothing to disable tabs, only options how to handle messages in 
new tabs. I would prefer zero tabs, but perhaps only doable by addons or 
themes.
