Finally got around to this; was lazy, and just added a link to your 
package, since I don't have an install on a machine I can test your 
SeaMonkey with.  I updated the kai DLL, at least.  A build of fontconfig 
that weren't dependent on UNIXROOT would be nice, but I imagine things 
are going to get even messier soon...
