The core problem is that you need all the additional configuration files 
referenced in conf.d; I suppose I could copy them all from /usr/share 
and use %FONTCONFIG_PATH% (which does work), but at this point it seems 
easier to just extract the full package into the root of the same drive 
as SeaMonkey (or set %UNIXROOT%).

Your ZIP didn't seem to have the WarpSans configuration data.  I didn't 
look too closely, as the one from NetLabs worked better out of the box.
