It depends on in which part encodings were removed. I can still view 
html webpages encoded in IBM850 correctly. But no longer a simple plain 
OS/2 text file in cp850, there's no correct mapping for extended chars. 
Composer has the same problem. It worked in former versions quite nice 
converting text files between codepages. I don't want to know how this 
message will be encoded ;-)
