Perhaps you already have 
http://rpm.netlabs.org/release/00/zip/cairo-1_12_18-1_oc00.zip
Next release will require libicu-56.1-1.oc00.i686.rpm which does not yet 
have a zip so will need unrpm or such, it's about 12MBs and has 8 or so 
DLLs and will probably be updated again as I think it may currently 
break OpenOffice.
