Hi Dave Dave Yeo wrote: > ----- snip ----- > An error or unsupported feature. I unzipped the dll files from mozsupport into \ecs\dll I unzipped the fontconfig package into \temp and then copied /etc, /user and /var directories to the root of the drive with seamonkey installed. I rebooted - possibly not necessary but just in case any of the replaced dll files are in memory - and attempted to run seamonkey. Nothing happened. Attempting to run seamonkey from the command line and generate a logfile results in a brief flash of the screen and an empty logfile. Using pmdll I notice that none of the dll files in the mozsupport or fonconfig packages are showing. Should they be? Back to the (working) 3 year old browser in order to try to resolve the problem with the new browser... ;-) I suspected the problem is fontconfig related and hunting through this ng I found this possible answer: SET FONTCONFIG= Having added the setting to config.sys I reinstated seamonkey-2.35a1.en.os2 and rebooted. No change - no seamonkey. No TRP files either... Back to the old browser to post the problem. I can only guess that despite installing mozsupport and fontconfig there is(are) missing dll file(s). Any ideas what dll files I should be looking for? Regards Pete
