Yes, of course by adding the netlabs experimental repo. In ANPM it could 
be done via menu entry YUM - package sources. "netlabs-exp" needs to be 
activated in this case. But I would strongly advise against it.

For what reason? If any, it should be more save to simply copy the 
mentioned files to the program directory or to something contained in 
LIBPATH.
