This looks like your subjective view again; most people I know are 
pretty happy with it (at least more happy than with other ways to 
install modern software on OS/2). But in either case happines is a 
rather subjective measure by itself.

Dnf is a yum successor so it will come to OS/2 one day. But this has 
little relevance for OS/2 users (we don't have so many packages yet to 
suffer from yum pitfalls dnf came to solve).
