I'm probably mis-remebering and the security managers, domestic and 
foreign, was packaged with Netscape but there are still errors in the 
code that recommend installing the security manager.
I did like the idea that I had munitions on my hard drive. Always 
wondered if it was actually illegal for me to distribute it to the rest 
of the world. It was like the FBI warnings on DVDs, I'm not under 
American jurisdiction so eff-off.
