After poking at it a bit, it's at least loading the Modern theme again, 
and mostly showing error 0x80570016 instead of 0x80570015 in the error 
console.

I was missing these 3, but their presence don't help with https:

Nor do all the *k.dll files from the nss package.

On a side note, the latest pango package is looking for a glib20.dll, 
which isn't in the glib package.
