Yes, it was a recent requirement, perhaps only v3+. IIRC, Mozilla can 
use 2.6, 2.7 and 2.8 along with the libav equivalents.

I take it you were closing the browser between tests. I'll double check 
here and see about fixing timezones.xpi and packaging the xul.xqs and 
upload a r2.
Anyone see any other obvious simple bugs?
