Having unzipped all known required packages I find this build of 
Seamonkey cannot start. Reason: Cannot load XPCOM

A hunt for XPCOM*.* on my system reveals only 1 XPCOM.DLL installed in 
seamonkey272_12 and, no, adding that to the current seamonkey directory 
does not resolve this problem.

So, where do I get the current XPCOM.DLL?
