The SeaMonkey Data Manager and Safebrowsing is broken in 2.42. There are around 10 bugs which should be backported but 2 have l10n changes. I have backports for them and a list of the bugs. Just shoot me an email if you want them. They are current because I am still building a (now) 2.42.9 for reference on Windows. I just don't have individual patches but they could be extracted.
