The cursor was periodically vanishing when inputting text, irritating. 
See https://github.com/bitwiseworks/mozilla-os2/issues/213 For now I've 
branched Firefox, hopefully Bitwise will apply the patches, good chance 
as Lewis is a supportive SM user.
