Safebrowsing does not send google urls. It matches the urls you visit 
against a static blacklist which is updated during startup. Even 
disabling the options won't stop downloading the lists. SeaMonkey 2.52+ 
uses the js downloads backend. For this I still need to check to make 
sure that downloaded files are not checked realtime. I don't think so but...
