Log in with user [email protected] and your email for the password.
Under /pub will be one directory, anpm. Download anpm_1_01.exe from 
there along any language files you need. I can't remember which version 
of eCS your using, you might also need klibccfg_1_0_2_2.exe, which you 
should run first.
Make sure you reboot after running anpm_1_01.exe and also after using it 
to update your packages. The Mozilla README.OS2 explains how to get the 
needed packages.
