Javascript works fine here. Due to shortage of bandwidth, I've only 
tested local video (webm) which works.
I uploaded newer libcx and NSPR4 to Bitbucket. You must have the libcx 
as yours is running, can you try updating the NSPR4 dlls and see if that 
helps?
