You're going to have to look in the eml files and I guess the nscopy*tmp 
files to see if they contain your sent mail, keeping the file date in 
mind. Then mv your corrupted sent folder out of the way and replace it 
as well as deleting your Sent.msf file. Hopefully on restarting the 
browser, it'll rebuild the Sent.msf file and your Sent folder will be fine.
