There's little chance of this happening, because it is so easy to clear 
the things one by one. It shouldn't take much work, but there are other 
more important things to change.

Also, you should post stuff like this in 
netscape.mozilla.public.wishlist. ;-) Posted to both groups and 
followup-to set to n.p.m.wishlist. I think that's how I should do it.
