Does "offline" checkbox belong in profile selection dialog?

dialog and hence the checkbox. It seems to me that this should be
controlled completely independently from choosing profiles. There is
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=82487 which reworks this UI
(incorrectly though).
The reason I ask this is because of
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97622. With that, the
profile selection dialog can be brought up from the File menu and, in
that context, the "offline" checkbox is out of place so I'm hiding it.
But still - do we ever need this checkbox? I'd like to replace it with
one called "Choose Profile At Startup." This checkbox, if unchecked,
would just start with the last used profile no matter how many profiles.
Since you can switch at runtime, no need to ask at program launch time.
