Don't open links in new window

Sometimes when you click a link, it opens the target page in a new
window, because the web site author set it to do so. I know there's a
Mozilla preference to _always_ open a link in the same window (unless
you explicitly control-click it, or right-click and choose Open Link in
New Window). However, I recently trashed my Mozilla preferences and am
resetting them all from scratch, and I can't find this option anywhere
in the Preferences dialog. Am I just blind, or did they remove it from
the dialog? If the latter, how can I set it directly in prefs.js?
