Re: Overlapping Submenus?

Mozilla tries to make it's widgets work exactly the way 
  widgets work on each platform it runs on. If there's 
a platform that overlaps menus, I think there would be 
a good argument for doing that with Mozilla menus on 
that platform.

Personally I don't use the mouse to open menus at all 
because I think it is inconvenient, when compared to 
the keyboard access that's available.

You could file a bug and see who else agrees with you.
