How to recover old profiles

I've reinstalled my Windows XP OS and i want to recover my old profile.
Until i've fomatted the HD i've saved the folder named "C:\Documents and 
Settings\SergioP\Application data\Mozilla\Profiles\default\b9zzhxzy.slt"

Can anyone explain me?

I have tried to substitute the new profile folder with the old one, but 
Mozilla crashed me!
