Mozilla "Preferences" Jam

Hi All,

I've installed Mozilla 5.0 rev 1.2.1 on Windows 2000 Srv. It work well,
until I install differents Plug-in...
(Java, Real Payer, Macromedia Flash,...)
Since, if i ask for Preferences (in Navigator or in Mail) nothing happen...
with no particular messages
If i get a Ctrl Alt Supp to see Task List: Mozilla is on No Answer each
time...

So if you've got an idea [and an answer in French ;-) ] ???
