We are trying to create project email folders to share between people on a team. These folders are owned by a user we created called projmail. The owner projmail creates job folders (2011,2050,etc) and sub-folders (general, electrical, etc..) and assigns a project manager to that folder with manage access rights. The project manager then has the rights to add/delete users. The problem we're having are the sub-folders in Mozilla 1.2.1 and Netscape 7.0. When the other people on the team try to Subscribe to the folders, they can only see the top level (2011,2050,etc). The sub-folders are not visable. I run NS 4.79 and Mozilla 1.2.1 on my laptop for testing and rollout purposes and ran into the same problem with the sub-folders in Mozilla 1.2.1 but did not have that issue in NS 4.79. I can see the top level and all of the subs. Once I subscribed to the folders in NS 4.79, I had them in Mozilla. Is there some setting under Advanced IMAP Server Settings that controls how many levels down you can access folders. My settings in Mozilla are different than in NS and when I try to make them the same, it doesn't work. This has to be an easy fix since it worked in NS 4.79 We also run our own iPlanet web and email server.
