menu font resize

Does anybody knows how to redefine the size of the font in the Mozilla 
menu bar (File, Edit, View...) and also in the left hand side pane 
(folder view) and top pane (message list view).

None of these are impacted by the change in the Preferences -> 
Appearance -> Font.

Any idea anyone?
