For the address book, unfortunately you should have exported it in a LDIF file *before* uninstalling Communicator 4.79. In my case I was able to locate a machine around that still had Communicator 4.7x installed, created a temp profile on it and copied over my *.nab address book files, export a LDIF file from it with the information I needed, and deleted this temp profile... Importing the LDIF file into Mozilla should be a no-brainer. PS: why use Mozilla 1.1 ? Stable is 1.0.2, development branch is 1.2.1 or soon 1.3beta...
