how to specify the window position by command line or preferences?

Does anyone know how to specify the mozilla window position when it 
opens cos I want to put it in full screen so you can see any border in 
the monitor but I don't know how.
In old netscape like 4.72 you could specify it with the option geometry 
"HeightxWidth-VerticalPosition-HorizontalPosition" or something like that.
