hello

sorry to bother you  with such a silly question but what the idea of 
doing a : http://set.proxy.192.168.1.1:1234    cmd line ?

will it declare the defined ip address & port number in the proxy config 
of the mozilla client ?
Is it the same in the case of a socks client ?
