I agree with you on Back/Forward, but I find larger/smaller text useful 
for websites that use silly fonts and/or colours; making the text larger 
makes them easier to read. Having said that, I have it bound to 
Alt-wheel, not the primary function (that would be silly).

Maybe some people would want it different in the browser than in say 
Word or Explorer; personally, I don't.
