In the Message Filter dialog, click New, and select 'Sender' in the 
first drop-down box, then 'is in my address book' (or 'isn't in my 
address book' if needed), and finally pick the address book to use. That 
should do it fine (remembering to select what you want to do with the 
filtered messages, of course). :)
