Possible to block imbedded sounds in Moz?

Was wondering if there's a pref somewhere that would let you block any 
imbedded sounds on webpages (like those annoying Yahoo sites that have 
those damn midi's playing in the background....grrr). Also was wondering 
if there's a pref to prevent websites from blocking/changing the right 
click context menu? Thanks in advance.
