Disable Netscape 7.02 window reuse

Hi,

is there a way to tell Netscape 7.02 to *not* reuse any existing browser
windows, meaning that on every request (using for example ShellExecute() ),
it'll open the URL in a new location?

I've tried to set DDE-Parameters HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\http\shell\open\ddeexec
to "%1",,0,0,,,, (default is '"%1",,-1,0,,,,' which means by -1 in window-ID
to reuse windows). As NN7.02 deletes and adds this registry entry on
exit/start, it's hard to have a permanent setting.

Is there an

a) official or
b) approved

way to achive this feature by central or worst case de-central settings? If
there is none, is there a forecast for this feature yet?

By the way: Is anyone happy when existing browser windows are reused? I'm
not.
