Need documentation on prefs for Mozilla vs. old Netscape prefs

Hi -

I am trying to locate information on Mozilla specific preferences 
settings.  Currently we are using NS v4.x preferences in the Mozilla 
1.21.beta autoconfig.jsc file.  The reason we are doing this, is that 
until recently, we didn't realize that the Mozilla preferences were so 
radically different because (1) Mozilla knows how to interpret NS v4.x 
prefs, and (2) There isn't any documentation (that we can find)  that 
defines  the Mozilla preferences. An example of what we're looking for 
is how Netscape did it in NS v4.x:

If anyone can provide a link to a document with mozilla specific prefs
that would be extremely helpful.
