mail , address books prefference and bokmarks help please

I have several iterations of Mozilla and I would like to combine the
various address books, bookmark lists into one Mozilla. I would also
like to append all of the saved mail into one file. I have no idea where
to start or how to procede. Can anyone provide direction or a refferance
for assistance?
