It is installed, though its the migration package for unstable - 
libqtc102-mt

Not sure if that could pose a problem, so I have compiled the tree with 
the same process, and the file is available at:

http://ngoel.com/mozilla/qt/

This loads fine, though paint is painfully slow. Next I would be 
building it without the explicit prints with the ESBEN tag. Others with 
debian unstable please check.
