Hi!

The appropriateness of a tool can only be judged by what can you do with 
it. As for RDF, after learning the spec and how to use it in Moz (see 
www.xnulplanet.com) you can do pretty amazing stuff (dynamic UI 
generation). Read the tutorials on xulplanet and decide for yourself.
