WONTFIX.

in-memory-datasources will remain baseURI-less. Whatever you are doing, 
you're confusing stuff. Data sources in general have no concept of 
baseURI, this is a thing strictly bound to RDF/XML. Which is far from 
the in-memory-datasource.
