I thought it worth clarifying that the release of Firefox ESR 38 does not
correspond with EOL for Firefox ESR 31. ESR cycles overlap by two releases.
Firefox ESR 31 will be EOL when ESR 38.2.0 releases on Aug 11, 2015.
