Hello together, My name is Mario Hain and i am a business economics student of the Ludwig-Maximilans university in Munich. For my Bachelor Thesis in the field Leadership I am searching for people which are involved in open source projects. I would interview them about formalisation in different areas of your work in Open Source Project. Because in my opinion Mozilla is a great Open Source Project it would be a wish on my part to speak to some people of you. The interview could be done with skype and of course i won´t use your real names of the interviewee and the organisation for my written elaboration. Please give me a reply!
