Hi All! Being a long term user of all kind of open source software and I have often thought about how I might give back something to the community. I am an agile coach specialised in distributed teams. I guess you all have tremendous experience in remote work. However, my approach is quite unique and therefore my facilitator training might also help old school mozillians to improve some of your practices or processes. The methods I teach can be applied to all kind of software teams (and others as well) as it is basically a facilitator training on how to lead remote teams through all the steps of problem analysis and problem solving: - Brainstorming - Risk assessment - Matrix discussions - Decision making There is a jump start workshop of ~2 hours and a full blown facilitator training for 1 day. Would anyone here in principle be interested in such a training ? I will be happy to provide both of my training for free to the mozilla community if there is enough interest (min. 4 people for every training). Lucius http://spreadscrum.com [email protected]
