NOTE: the trees will be left open; devs must monitor their own builds, 
and retrigger as needed.

IT will be performing maintenance work this Saturday, primarily in SCL3. 
That will cause intermittent DNS outages for small groups of machines. 
The build farm should mostly self heal from this, but there will be 
reduced capacity at times, and some jobs will burn.

If you choose to make commits during the TCW, you are on the hook to 
monitor your jobs and retrigger as needed.
