Buildbot->TaskCluster Migration status update 16 October 2015

Hello!

We are migrating our internal CI and release processes for Mozilla products

Status for 16 October 2015:

   - Roles support in auth.taskcluster.net deployed. Thanks, Jonas!
   - Clobber support for linux is deployed & API is up. Thanks Wander and
   Greg! Additional work is needed on the Clobber tool:

   - Dustin picked up a bunch of bugs related to linux64 tests (mostly
   resolved today!) and try syntax
      - Having issues with pulseaudio that he and ahal and now also auswerk
      are working through
   - Morgan picked up the full task graph todo item. Thanks Morgan!
   - We've pushed deploying the big graph scheduler until Q1
   - secrets.taskcluster.net deployment has begun! Thanks, Morgan!
   - Coalescing now has a bug:
