Without further ado, status:

   - Apologies to anyone impacted by scope changes this past week. Scopes
   work impacting trees is substantially complete! Thanks, Dustin.
      - balrogVPN and funsize were temporarily shut down, and all are
      reenabled as of Nov 5
   - Work has started on the big graph scheduler
   - Resolved! Fix TC linux64 xpcshell system encoding failure

   - jmaher has started playing around with the docker images for tests :)
      - Blobber upload fail
