It was really the wrong place for anything; anyone active in security issues can find a better place for their bugs (Core:Security and Firefox:Security remain if you can't find anything more specific). Incidentally, dev-security-policy is for discussions about the CA program policies--it was spun out of the crypto group--not about every Mozilla security policy.
